Patient Guidance

Before your appointment, we will contact you for a pre-appointment consultation. We will need to ask about your attendance, understanding of the proposed treatment, medical history, and Covid status. Please have a full list of your medication ready. During your visit, we ask that you attend alone, limit your belongings, and use the hand sanitizer gel upon entry. We will also provide a facemask for you to wear. Our goal is to maintain social distancing and ensure everyone's safety.
