Unsatisfactory Experience with Dental Care
Disappointment with Dental Procedures
Multiple reviewers have expressed disappointment with their experiences at this dental office. One reviewer, Xiaomin W., had a particularly distressing encounter with Dr. Erin Heneghan, who performed a failed filling procedure that led to further damage to the tooth structure without consent. This resulted in a ruined bite, misalignment of the jaw, and symptoms of TMD, including jaw pain, joint pain, ear pain, and difficulty eating.
Poor Customer Service
Another reviewer, Philis H., was also unhappy with the service they received. They were taken in an hour late by a replacement hygienist and then informed that their regular dentist was no longer available. When they tried to reschedule, they were told someone would call them back, but instead, they received a letter telling them not to return.
