Patient Satisfaction

Appointment Efficiency
Many patients appreciated the emergency appointments they were able to book at short notice, including one patient who was able to obtain an appointment on the same day as a call. The patients also mentioned the quick and efficient process of treatment, with some even having their problems resolved on the same day.

Value for Money

Concerns and Complaints
However, not all patients had a positive experience. Two patients, Shucong Zhang and Chris Chapman, had negative feedback about their visits to the Cambridge Dental Hub. Shucong Zhang described an unprofessional experience, feeling that the dentists either missed or chose to ignore an obvious issue with his tooth. Chris Chapman was dissatisfied with the customer service and felt that the practice was upselling unnecessary appointments and treatments.
