Excellent Patient Care
Many reviewers have praised the exceptional care they received at Rose Lane Dental Practice. The practice has also been commended for its modern facilities, friendly and professional staff, and late-night and weekend appointments that cater to busy working families.
Poor Treatment and Unfriendly Receptionists
However, a few reviewers have had negative experiences. Author P.W. visited the practice for an initial consultation, but was treated with disdain by the receptionist, who seemed put off by their questions. They felt that the practice was only for those with money and that the priority was private gain over public health.
